Riverwood Elementary

Riverwood Elementary broke ground in July of 2017 and concluded July 2018.  This 75,953 square foot building has 38 classrooms, each with its own sink and bubbler.  This school also has kitchen/cafeteria, 26 restrooms and associated mechanical Rooms.  The main mechanical room stands out with the unique individualized shut off valves, designed on the job by our team.  We designed the multiple shut off valve system that would separate the individual wings and restroom, instead of all being connected to one main shutoff valve.  This project also earned our team the prestigious Excellence in Construction Golden Eagle Award in 2018.
